THE CLYST VALLEY A.F.C.  LOTTERY RULES

The Clyst Valley AFC lottery is a small society lottery and East Devon District Council has granted its registration in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 to Peter Cain of 10 Winslade Park Ave, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, EX5 1DA the Clyst Valley AFC Chairman.

The aim of the lottery will be to raise funds for the benefit of Clyst Valley AFC and the maintenance and improvement of the facilities at the sports ground in Clyst St Mary. Apart from the administration costs in running the lottery, mainly postage, all funds raised will be used for this purpose.

1, The lottery will hold four draws during the course of a football season, between the months of November and April.

2, Each individual who purchases a draw number will be called a member.

3, Each draw number will cost £10 and will be entered into each of the four draws.

4, So long as the small lotteries rules regarding the total value of numbers sold is not exceeded ( £20,000 ) there will be no limit on the number of members and  no limit on the amount of  numbers that each member can purchase.

5, Cash prizes will be awarded at each draw as each number is drawn and the prizes will be:- 1st prize £100, 2nd prize £50, 3rd prize £20 followed by eight joint 4th prizes of £10.

6, The draw number(s) allocated to each member will be advertised on the Clyst Valley AFC website as will the names of the winners after each draw.
